Request data deletion

You can ask us to delete your AlterPath account and the personal data we store about you. We aim to complete requests within 30 days.

Fastest option (in the app)

  1. Open AlterPath
  2. Go to Profile → Settings
  3. Choose Delete account and confirm

That permanently deletes your account data from our systems (progress, profile, messages, and related cloud data for your account).

If you cannot use the in-app flow, email us a deletion request:

Or write to ronsolvent@gmail.com with subject line AlterPath data deletion request. Include the email or username tied to your account so we can find it.

What we delete: account profile, story/survey progress, messages, and other personal data linked to your user ID, subject to short-term backups and legal retention where required.

What we may keep briefly: anonymized analytics or records we must retain for fraud, security, or legal compliance.
